Pilates Lab is different. It’s not a big-box gym. It’s not a high-volume, trendy boutique. It’s a cozy, thoughtfully designed private studio where every class feels personal. You’ll never get lost in the crowd, because we don’t have one. We keep our class sizes small so we can focus on you—your form, your progress, your goals. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, you’ll find a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can truly thrive.

Local and invested in you.

Nicole Mock

Owner - Pilates Lab

I have been interested in health and fitness since my teen years. I was first introduced to Pilates in 2008 when I was looking for something to relieve lower back pain from a desk job in IT, pregnancy, and the pains and imbalances that come with new motherhood. I fell in love with the classical style of Pilates which offers a fast and fun flow of precise controlled movements to build strength, stability, and flexibility. It is still my favorite to both teach and take!

I am a Peak Pilates Comprehensively Certified Instructor (2021), Club Pilates Bridge Training (2022), and NASM Certified Personal Trainer (2023) with plans to continue my education in Nutrition and Corrective Exercises. I enjoy staying active with swimming, biking, running, strength training, and of course Pilates.

As a family of four with two daughters, we've always been drawn to the mountains and an active, outdoor lifestyle. Over the past few years, life has brought unexpected changes, ultimately giving us the opportunity to take a leap of faith and relocate to Northwest Arkansas.

I'm excited to bring my passion for the Peak Pilates method to this wonderful community. My goal is to begin by offering personalized private sessions, helping clients build strength, improve movement, and feel their best through individualized instruction.
