  • My first Pilates class with Nicole was August 2022. I was 67, overweight, had very little range of motion. and could hardly get on and off the reformer. I wanted to walk out. Nicole encouraged me that it would get easier. I am 68, I have lost 38 lb. a total of 35”, My range of motion is 100% better , I can walk 5 miles a pretty good clip, went roller skating with my granddaughter last week. I have gone from a size 1X to a size 14. Nicole is a master at her craft and loves sharing and making it work for you.

  • I was intimidated by reformer based Pilates initially but wanted to support a friend. So I bought a package and then another, and another and we are going to keep this going. What I did not expect were the results. Some of the moves are so simple you wouldn’t think much of it, but in actuality muscles are coming online, tightening, strengthening, and your nervous system is loving the flow of it all. Since working with Nicole, my years long challenge with diastase recti has closed up, my once problem areas are now becoming my favorite parts on my body, my stability is significantly improved, and same for my posture. Can’t stop, won’t stop. Nicole is brilliant!
